What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

When cancelling your appointment within 48 hours a fee will be taken to cover the appointment. Here are the charges:
Cancellations occurring within 48 hours require a 50% fee to be paid
Cancellations occurring within 24 hours require a 100% fee to be paid
No Show clients will be required to pay 100% of the appointment price

Why we charge a cancellation fee

Accepted Answer

Due to being self employed, we do have a policy in place to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows. When these occur, we are unable to fill the appointment with such short notice and therefore charge a fee to cover the time that could have been given to another client on our waiting lists.

Question 3

Do I require a patch test?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and is to be booked via our online booking system with your chosen artist.

Question 4

Are patch tests 100% accurate?

Accepted Answer

No. Patch tests for lash lifts and brow treatments are likely to show a reaction, however, lash extension patch tests are not accurate. During a patch test, a small amount of product is placed on either your skin or directly onto your eyelashes, however, as it is not the same amount of product that is used during a full set, reactions can still occur.
